The Bicentennial Tower (1 State St.) is an observation tower located on the Erie Bayfront. It features views of Lake Erie, Presque Isle State Park, and downtown Erie. Admission is regularly $5 for adults, $2 for children ages 7 to 12 and free for children 6 and under. Hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
